Subcontractor CMMC Tracker records what a prime's subcontractors declare, pasted by the prime or entered by each subcontractor through a collection link, and reads published rules against the declared dates. It is a record of declarations and a statement of the rules. It does not look anything up in SPRS, verify a score, assess or rate any subcontractor, say that a subcontractor or a prime meets any rule or may receive CUI or an award, check that a clause was flowed down, reach lower-tier subcontractors, or give legal advice. The subcontracts lead and counsel decide what applies.

The prime is responsible for sending its collection link only to its own subcontractors and for how it uses their answers. The product never emails a subcontractor. A link can be revoked at any time, and it stops accepting answers when it is revoked or the prime's plan ends.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The rule sentences and clause text set out are published by The Art of Service and may be used within your organisation for your own supply chain work. They may not be resold or republished. The findings, the crosswalk counts and the specimen are ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
